Mr. Charles “Goose” Gossage, is the founder and owner of Goose Gossage Consulting, Inc., a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) consulting and professional services company focused on Special Operations; Acquisition Program Management; Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Cyber, Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (C5ISR) and Latin America. Goose is a retired US Army Special Forces Warrant Officer with more than 42 years of broad range Special Operations Forces (SOF) experience at every level, from tactical to strategic. A certified Project Management Professional (PMP), he is a highly successful leader and Subject Matter Expert (SME) in a multitude of disciplines to include: SOF, Acquisition Program Management, C5ISR, Identity Management (IdM), Publicly Available Information (PAI), and Latin America. Goose has supported the United States Special Operations Command (USSOCOM), SOF Acquisition, Technology, and Logistics (SOF AT&L) Center for over 17 years with rapid and focused acquisition for numerous SOF-unique programs. He is bi-lingual (Spanish) and bi-cultural, a recognized Latin America expert on cultural and political sensitivities with twenty-five years of experience within the Latin America region. This experience includes 12 years at the tactical level with regional security forces. Goose lived, traveled, and worked throughout the region for extensive periods of time. 

His most significant awards include the Legion of Merit, Special Forces Tab, Ranger Tab, Combat Infantryman Badge, Scuba Divers Badge, and Master Parachutist Badge.
