Mr. Charles “Goose” Gossage, is the founder, owner, President, and CEO of Goose Gossage Consulting, Inc. (GGC), a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) consulting and professional services company for 11 plus years. GGC is focused on Special Operations;  Acquisition  Program Support; Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Cyber, Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (C5ISR), Information Technology (IT), and Latin America. Goose is a retired US Army Special Forces Warrant Officer with broad range Special Operations Forces (SOF) experience at every level,from tactical  to strategic. A certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and a Certified Project Director (CPD), he is a highly successful leader and Subject Matter Expert (SME) in a multitude of disciplines to include: SOF, Acquisition Program Management, C5ISR,  IT, Sensitive Activities (SA), Identity Management (IdM), and Latin America. Goose has directly supported the United States Special Operations Command (USSOCOM), SOF Acquisition, Technology, and Logistics (SOF AT&L) Center for over seventeen years with rapid and focused acquisition for numerous SOF-unique programs. He is bi-lingual (Spanish) and bi-cultural, a recognized Latin America expert on cultural and political sensitivities with twenty-five years of experience within the Latin America region. This experience includes 12 years at the tactical level with regional security forces. Goose lived, traveled, and worked throughout the region for extensive periods of time.

Goose earned his Master of Science in Administration (MSA) from Central Michigan University, Mount Pleasant, Michigan. His undergraduate degrees include a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Spanish and Associate of Arts (AA) in Spanish, both from Methodist College, Fayetteville, North Carolina. He is also a graduate of numerous courses in the military, private sector, and Defense Acquisition University (DAU).

His most significant awards include the Legion of Merit, Special Forces Tab, Ranger Tab, Combat Infantryman Badge, Scuba Divers Badge, and Master Parachutist Badge.
