GOOSE GOSSAGE CONSULTING, INC. (GGC) seeks a highly skilled CWMD and Central Command AOR Strategic Planner (SP)/Operations Analyst to the GGC team in support of Special Operations Command Central (SOCCENT). In this role, you will be responsible for providing expert analysis, strategic planning, and operational support as a key member of the SOCCENT staff team while seamlessly integrating into the US Special Operations Command (USSOCOM) and US Central Command (USCENTCOM) Operational Planning Team (OPT) and exercises. This position is at Headquarters, SOCCENT, MacDill AFB, Florida.
Minimum Required Skills/Qualifications :
- Active Top Secret clearance with eligibility for Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI)
- Eligible for Critical Nuclear Weapons Design Information and Restricted Data
- Three years of Strategic and CWMD joint planning experience at the General Officer Command level or equivalent
- Three years of experience in overall planning and execution of Special Operations CWMD operations and activities
- Experience in deliberate and crisis response planning for effectively deploying theater response forces
- Experience as an exercise planner at Major Commands, Joint Staff, or Interagency
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Lead OPT[s] in organizing, focusing, and synchronizing SOCCENT enterprise partners and enablers to meet defined organizational end states.
- Develop content and structure within CONPLANs/OPLANs/Campaign Plans in alignment with SOCCENT Strategic Plan objectives and mission.
- Conduct detailed nodal analysis of WMD pathways and networks for various operating environments.
- Collaborate with intelligence analysts to develop CWMD Joint Intelligence Preparation of the Operational Environment (JIPOE).
- Support all planning lines of effort through task/project planning, research, analysis, intelligence evaluation, document preparation/staffing, coordination support, and Community of Interest (COI) synchronization.
- Facilitate and support CWMD and Plans working groups, COI engagements, and plans synchronization across Combatant Commands, USG partners, and key partner nations. This includes developing briefing products, point papers, and other support products.
- Serve as the lead exercise planner in CWMD scenarios and CONPLANs/OPLANs training exercises.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
